- Unopened and Unused Products: Once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. For reasons of safety and hygiene, this policy is in effect.
- Products that are Damaged or faulty: If, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer support team three days after placing your purchase. We will provide you more details on how to proceed.
- Exceptions: There are no exception to our no return and exchange policy; it is applicable to every product.
- Refunds: Products covered by this No Return and Exchange Policy are not eligible for refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time: 2-3 working days are allotted for processing orders. Orders placed on holidays or the weekends will be fulfilled the next business day.
Shipping Options: For deliveries within Pakistan, we provide Standard Shipping, which should arrive in three to five working days. For pre-orders, the projected delivery time is eight to ten working days.
Shipping Fees: Based on the purchase amount and destination, shipping fees are computed during the checkout process.
Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping in Pakistan for purchases totaling more than Rs. 3000. On the other hand, purchases under Rs. 3000 would incur a delivery cost of Rs. 300.
Order tracking: After placing an order, it is shipped out within 48 hours (2 working days), and it takes an additional 3–5 working days for it to reach its destination. It takes 8–10 working days for preorders to be delivered to you.
Destinations for Shipping: At this time, we ship to all part of Pakistan. For assistance with delivery to other areas, please get in touch with our customer care.
Address Accuracy: The buyer bears the burden of providing correct shipment information. Orders sent to inaccurate addresses supplied by the buyer are not our responsibility.
Shipment Delays: Despite our best efforts to adhere to the scheduled delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier problems, or customs procedures may cause shipment delays.
Shipments that are misplaced or stolen: We bear no liability for misplaced or stolen shipments. For help, please get in touch with the carrier and our customer support if you think your delivery has been lost or stolen.
Returns for Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us because the customer provided a wrong address or there were insufficient delivery attempts, the customer can be charged more for shipping the next time the package is sent.
